Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept Bank Transfer only.

Payment Process

  • Customers must make complete payment into our official business bank account.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully confirmed in our account.
  • After payment, customers are required to upload the actual bank transfer receipt for verification.

Shipping, Delivery & Waybill Policy

Lagos Delivery

Delivery within Lagos is available, and charges may vary based on:

  • Item size
  • Item weight
  • Customer’s distance from the pickup center

Starting rate: ₦1,500.00 upwards
Pickup Center: Olufemi Ogunshola, Ogba, Lagos

Nationwide Waybill (All Regions)

For items leaving Lagos to Western, Eastern, Northern, and Southern regions:

  • Courier Evening Drop-Off Charge: ₦500.00
  • Items typically leave Lagos the following morning
  • Bulkier or heavier items may attract additional charges

The final waybill fee is determined by:

  • Size and weight of goods
  • Declared value
  • Destination location

We assure customers of subsidized waybill fees at all times.

Fast-Track Waybill

  • Same-day delivery (Western States only): ₦1,000.00

Pairing Waybill

  • Items may be paired with others heading to the same destination
  • Dispatch may take a few extra days
  • Fee: ₦500.00

Rider’s Fee

A rider’s pickup fee may apply at the pickup location.
Indicative total rider-related charges: ₦4,000.00 (where applicable)


Pickup Policy (Strictly Enforced)

All orders scheduled for pickup must be collected within 7 days of order confirmation.

Please note:

  • We will not be liable for any damage, misplacement, or loss of goods left unpicked after 7 days.
  • Orders not picked up within this timeframe are considered abandoned.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted for abandoned items.

Stockpile Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Stockpile services are available for a maximum of 7 days only.

Important conditions:

  • Items must be picked up or delivery/waybill must be requested within 7 days.
  • We will not be liable for damage, misplacement, or total loss of items left beyond the stockpile period.
  • Failure to act within the stated timeline results in automatic forfeiture.
  • No refund or exchange applies to stockpiled items left beyond 7 days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our pricing, stockpile, and pickup system:

  • No refunds
  • No exchanges

This applies especially to:

  • Orders not picked up within the stipulated time
  • Stockpiled goods left beyond the allowed duration
